Teenagers seem to  either need you or they don’t.  There are fifteen million questions and decisions that have to be made in regards to the topics that they feel are important at the time. There are phases of building a home that feel this way as well.  Wall color, flooring, hardware, lighting, and so many more choices are asked of you for your opinion. This is a perk of having a custom home. These phases of building can be very exciting, but very overwhelming.  As they start being added to your home, you get the joy of seeing your decisions are becoming a reality.
